Manager, Inventory & Merchandising Strategy

Book of the Month is looking for an ambitious Manager of Inventory & Merchandising Strategy to own our inventory and merchandising strategy and execution. This is an opportunity to combine business creativity with sharp analytical skills to bring together how we merchandise and manage inventory for our books. A successful candidate will have the ability and desire to be hands-on with a deep level of analytical iteration, while also being able to think at a strategic level and execute operationally with a high degree of accuracy.

What you will do…

+ Build new processes that bring together merchandising and inventory management to accurately forecast demand created by our merchandising strategy. 

+ Own a roadmap of testing ideas for how to merchandise the member experience in the UI and work closely with product and engineering to execute these ideas.
