Manager - International Contracts

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of complex customer, supplier, and third‑party agreements. This role is responsible for protecting commercial interests, mitigating contractual risk, supporting business growth, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Working closely with commercial, legal, finance, procurement, and project teams, you will lead contract negotiations, manage contract administration activities, and provide expert commercial and contractual guidance.

• Manage customer, supplier, and partner contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements, including NDAs, Teaming, Licensing, Supply, and Services Agreements.
