**The Role**
As Manager, Insurance Services, you will lead a team of Licensed Insurance and Annuity Brokers responsible for helping clients understand and evaluate fixed annuity solutions within the context of their broader financial goals and investment strategies. Through effective coaching, performance management, and operational oversight, you will drive sales excellence, promote client education and engagement, and ensure all insurance activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and industry best practices while delivering outstanding client outcomes.
