- Manage Alliance Innovation Council (AIC) agenda, investments and expected outcome or learnings
- Engage Business Units to Surface Pain Points and Co-Develop Use Cases
- Proactively collaborate with business and support units to identify operational inefficiencies, customer friction points, or strategic gaps. Translate these into well-defined innovation opportunities aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Facilitate Design Thinking Workshops and Solutioning Sessions
