As an Operations I Manager focused on Defect Reduction, you will work with India's leadership team to identify, analyze, and eliminate defects across Amazon's operations to serve our customers better. Your primary responsibility will be to deep-dive into data, identify root causes of defects, and recommend and pilot improvements that enhance customer experience — in line with our goal to be Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across fulfillment, transportation, customer service, and seller service to drive systemic improvements that reduce concessions, contacts, and quality failures.
