Execute the growth focused activities as directed by management to realize and capture market potentialStrategize customer base and market trends to establish desk-level goals for the teamAssist in the development of the team strategy through providing input on key performance indicators (KPIs) and budget considerations to meet and exceed branch and business unit goals for profitabilityManage risk and maintain financial integrity in all business mattersLead talent identification, development, performance, and overall management efforts to promote customer and operational successPromote customer success by ensuring that an excellent experience is provided and personnel are proactively identifying inefficiencies to increase stakeholder satisfaction and operational efficiency; provide desk coverage to support business continuity when primary representative is absent
