About the job Manager Human Resource - Generalist
HRSI is hiring on behalf of a reputable pharmaceutical client based in Lahore. We are seeking a competent and self-driven Hiring Manager Human Resource to manage day-to-day HR operations across a wide range of functions including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, attendance tracking, and employee engagement.
Position Title: Manager Human Resource (Generalist) Location: Gulberg, Lahore (On-site) Industry: Pharmaceutical
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to assess and fulfill hiring needs. Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
Manage attendance, leaves, and employee records through HRMIS and manual tracking systems.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and routine HR matters.
