MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION (HRA)

Lead and drive the entire Human Resource and Administration Department (“HRA Dept”) ensuring smooth operations and controls.

Develop and implement human resource strategies and initiatives in alignment with broader business objectives set by Chief Executive Officer / Deputy Chief Executive Officer / or any appointed representative from Senior Management Team.

Monitor overall human resource strategies, systems and procedures across the Company performance management system that drives high performance.

Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits as part of talent management initiatives, covering recruitment, retention and right-sizing of workforce.
