Manager HR Strategy & Execution [MET]

**Position Purpose:**

The Manager HR Strategy & Execution [MET] will provide support in the creation, implementation, and follow through on key MET field initiatives. These initiatives would include HR process development and implementation, organizational restructure, change management, field salaried level development on process changes, and other responsibilities that help drive overall performance, and supplier satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ 30% Serve as the subject matter expert and provide roadshow type training and support to field HR, field salaried leaders on MET process changes, and enhancements to support their partnership of MET field associates and our suppliers.
+ 20% Work with MET Operations and our store partners on field level organizational design changes and enhancements to our staffing process. Including continued development of MET Performance Management practices.
