Manager, HR Business Partner

The Manager, HR Business Partner will act as a key partner to business leaders and employees, providing HR guidance to help drive both business performance and a positive employee experience.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Manager will serve as an advisor and advocate for the National Support teams (IT, Finance, Corporate Development, and Legal) and our Property & Casualty Solutions client segment, ensuring that People Corporation HR policies, programs, and services directly contribute to the organization's strategic deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and interpretation of People Corporation’s policies, procedures, and programs for leaders and employees across client groups.
