The Manager – HR Application System & Support (APAC) is responsible for managing and supporting HR technology solutions across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring stable operations, high-quality service delivery, and continuous improvement of HR systems. The role acts as the key liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders across APAC countries to ensure HR applications effectively support business and people objectives.

The position oversees HR system support, issue resolution, enhancements, user adoption, reporting, and regional governance while ensuring alignment with global HR technology standards and local business requirements.
