About the role

This is a role for a confident operational leader who can balance service quality, workforce capability, financial performance and customer experience.

You will provide leadership across Home Care services across Queensland, supporting consistent practice, strong accountability and a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Home Care services across your region to achieve quality, operational, customer and financial outcomes.
  • Drive regional service growth by identifying business development opportunities, strengthening referral pathways and supporting initiatives that improve client access, occupancy and financial sustainability.
  • Coach, support and develop Service Managers to build capability, engagement and accountability.
