Manager, GTM & Marketplace Strategy (Altra Running EMEA)

Role Overview

Altra Running is looking for a Manager, GTM & Marketplace Strategy based in Stabio, Switzerland. As Manager, GTM & Marketplace Strategy you will play a critical role in driving seasonal execution through an integrated Go‑To‑Market process and defining a clear, disciplined Marketplace Strategy across EMEA. You will partner closely with the General Manager EMEA & APAC and regional cross‑functional leaders, plan, execute and assess initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability while protecting brand equity, marketplace integrity and consumer experience. You will collaborate with the Global GTM Director based in Denver to ensure full alignment between regional execution and global GTM strategy, marketplace governance and brand priorities.
