Manager, GSS Accounting

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Manager, GSS Accounting to join our team at WHR Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

This role is part of Global Shared Services.

The GSS Accounting Manager will:

• Lead and coordinate key Record-to-Report (R2R) activities to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant financial reporting across multiple legal entities.
• Oversee routine journal entry preparation and review, sub‑ledger reconciliation processes, and full general ledger close execution across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, documentation standards, and close calendars.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate subledger flows and timely issue resolution.
