Job Summary
As Manager, Group Learning & Development, you will be part of the core team responsible for shaping how essential and behavioural capabilities are built and sustained across DKSH. You will own and continuously evolve the PeopleDNA (soft and essential skills) global learning portfolio, ensuring it remains relevant, scalable, and consistently delivered across markets. Working in close partnership with market L&D colleagues, HR Business Partners, and Group stakeholders, you will translate Group capability priorities into practical learning solutions that drive real adoption and measurable impact.
