For our department Ground Operationswithin Airline Commercial, we are looking for a (an):

Manager Ground Operations & Agreements (m/f/x)

Main duties:

  • Responsible for the contract management and performance of the stations/airports.
  • Identify, select, contract and monitor services of Ground Service Providers and other providers at Airports
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements with Ground Service Providers and internal departments to ensure
    commercial aspects as well to ensure safety, compliance and operational aspects of the operations.
  • Monitor overall performance and propose/take actions to improve ground handling services and on-time
    performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationship with all clients, partners and networks.
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as managing budgets, gathering data, preparing reports, database
    management.
