The Manager, Governance & Process Optimization is accountable for supporting the governance, oversight, maintenance, and effective lifecycle management of GRM policy documents for the GPO (GRM Global Policy Office). The role contributes to the consistent application of enterprise policy standards across GRM by providing subject matter guidance, coordination, and challenge throughout the policy lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the GRM Policy on Governance Documents, internal risk management frameworks, and applicable regulatory expectations.
