Manager, Global Toys - Hardlines Licensing

**Overview**

The Manager, Global Hardlines Licensing oversees and grows licensed partnershipsacross the entire Paramount portfolio. This role is in charge of spearheading domesticand global toy strategies, coordinating with regional stakeholders, and managing theday-to-day execution of the hardlines/toy category business initiatives.

**Responsibilities**

+ Work with the Director of Global Hardlines to formulate and implement category strategies that meet long-term brand plans and financial goals
+ Business Development
+ Identify, develop, and implement new business initiatives
+ Analyze, pitch, and negotiate new deals and renewals to increase the existing licensee base

+ Develop quarterly revenue estimates and budgets
