Develops and updates the foam machine technical specifications, TPM standard procedure, and quotation checklist of foam plants with JVs process and maintenance teams.Provides technical support, on-site or remote, to foam machine troubleshooting, and helps JVs to achieve foam line machine utilization larger than 93% annually.Works with JVs on machine automation, innovation, and safety to improve working efficiency for labor hour reduction and product quality stabilization.Establishes and share Asia foam lines machine database. Helps JVs for spare parts localization and share.Gives new foam line launch support, and confirms the new line meet the quotation scale and Adient technical specifications.Leads and cooperates machine supplier development with JVs, and introduces qualified suppliers to global team for machine export.Develop...
