Manager FMD - Karachi Based

Experience

08 to 12 years of progressively responsible experience in FMD with minimum 3 to 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role , preferably in hospital and healthcare facilities, industrial plants, or large commercial buildings.

Education

Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.

Job Description

• Develop and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance programs for all civil, electrical, mechanical, and MEP systems.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, utilities, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and water treatment systems.
• Ensure uninterrupted facility operations by minimizing equipment downtime and responding promptly to maintenance issues.
