Job Purpose

• Provide support to the management and BU Heads in analyzing township financial results to enable the management and township heads to make accurate and informed business decisions.
• To ensure company accounts are kept in an accurate manner and comply with the accounting standards so as to provide accurate financial data for business decisions.
• Manage the taxation, budgeting, other financial matters and internal control system of property development companies in charged.

Job Responsibilities

Financial

• Responsible for monthly financial statement to be prepared accurately and on timely manner.
• Responsible for monthly PDM reporting.
• Review monthly reconciliations including timely clearance of reconciling items and general accounting processes.
