Manager - Finance

POSITION PURPOSE

The role will support the finance function across financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and compliance, with specific responsibility for financial analysis and business partnering across Essar’s Metals & Mining portfolio. The incumbent is expected to bring direct sector familiarity — enabling faster onboarding and meaningful contribution to portfolio-level financial oversight from day one.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education

CA or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.

Experience

• 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A.
• Prior experience in a Metals & Mining company, or in a finance role with direct exposure to the sector — mandatory. Steel industry background strongly preferred.
