Manager Finance and Accounts

Responsibilities

• Manage financial accounting, reporting and compliance with Ind AS and IFRS.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cost control processes.
• Ensure timely closure of accounts, finalization and submission of tax returns.
• Develop and implement effective finance controls to mitigate risks.
• Provide strategic guidance on financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications

• 8–13 years of experience in Finance & Accounts role.
• Expertise in CA (Any Specialization), ICWA (CMA).
• Strong knowledge of Finance Control, Finance and Accounts, Financial Accounting, Accounts Finalisation, Ind As, and IFRS.
• Proven track record of managing teams effectively to achieve business objectives.
