As we continue to evolve our data and analytics capabilities, we are looking for a Manager, Business Analysis to play a key role in shaping how data drives decision-making across our organization. This is an opportunity to lead a high-impact team and deliver meaningful insights that support both internal operations and external partners. Reporting to the Contract Manager, FHCPS (Federal Health Claims Processing Service), the Manager, Business Analysis leads the delivery of business analysis services and data-driven solutions that support partner organizations and internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for ensuring business needs are clearly understood, translated into actionable requirements, and delivered through high-quality reporting, data, and system solutions.
