Role Overview

We assist clients with accounting and financial reporting challenges and accelerate analytics and decision‑making. The Manager – AI Upskilling Lead Facilitator will design, deliver, and coach AI training that enables clients to apply tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, n8n, Claude, ChatGPT, and AI agents in their day‑to‑day work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands‑on AI workshops and training sessions.
• Deliver practical sessions on Copilot, Copilot Studio, n8n, Claude, ChatGPT and AI agents.
• Design simple, relevant use cases that can be applied immediately.
• Facilitate sessions to identify where AI can save time or improve work.
• Support executive briefings and leadership sessions.
• Create training materials, playbooks and examples that are easy to follow.
