Job Description Position Overview: The Mountain Home Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of an escrow office or team while driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and team performance. This role provides leadership, coaching, and oversight to team members, ensures compliance with escrow regulations and company standards, and partners with sales and leadership to achieve business objectives. The Team Leader also maintains key customer relationships and contributes to business development efforts to support market growth.
