Manager, Equipment Maintenance

I. Job Summary

**Typical Shift is Monday - Friday (extra days dictated by business need).**

**Start time is generally 6am until 4pm (business need dictates hours).**

Oversees activities and staff in the management of the efficient maintenance of equipment.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Maintains efficient equipment that is safe, clean, and in good mechanical condition with maximum utilization at the lower possible cost.
+ Ensures that all equipment is maintained in accordance with all applicable Local, State, Federal, and WMI requirements.
+ Responsible for planning, budgeting, staffing, discipline, and implementation of all maintenance initiatives and programs.
+ Promotes a safe work environment in compliance with Corporate and OSHA requirements.
+ Ensures that equipment is repaired and returned to service in a safe and timely manner.
