Responsibilities

• The Manager of Engineering Process is responsible for establishing, stabilizing, and sustaining standardized engineering processes across the Johnson Controls Chillers manufacturing network in North America. This role serves as the central authority for Engineering Change Notice (ECN) implementation governance, engineering performance metrics, and cross‑functional communications related to the release of new products and engineering changes into the plants.
