Manager, Energy Compliance

We are looking for a Manager, Energy Compliance for Business Unit Energy to ensure compliance with energy, climate, and regulatory frameworks. The position can be located in Helsinki or Stockholm, or in one of the Stora Enso mill sites in Finland or Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Managing energy and climate compliance obligations (e.g. REMIT)
• Supporting Group sustainability organization
• Overseeing EU ETS and emissions portfolio, energy taxation
• Monitoring regulatory development and EU- and national support schemes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience within the energy or forest industry
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is considered an advantage
