Manager, End User Services

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Manager, End User Services to support a Houston based midstream client on a full-time, permanent basis. This position is based onsite in Houston four/five days per week in office. You will oversee service desk, deskside, endpoint and AV. You will work as a strategic end-user services leader with a large focus on vendor management and ITIL best practices. You will oversee a team of 4 full time employees, two contractors and an outsourced global service desk.
