**Responsibilities**
+ Manages the Emergency Management Systems and the associated annual awareness training program.
+ Prepare for all national level exercises (NLE) to include EAGLE HORIZON, submission of Quick Look and Continuity Status Reports.
+ Develop and update Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) and program to remains in compliance with federal regulations, to include the Federal Continuity Directive (FCD); National Continuity Policy Implementation Plan (NCPIP); National Cyber Incident Response Plan (NCIRP), and federal best practices.
+ Oversees the contingency response and antiterrorism.
