Manager, Electronic Solutions, Institutional Brokerage (Platform Engineering) role is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the firm’s electronic trading platforms. This includes managing client onboarding activities, coordinating FIX connectivity with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth daily operations (BAU), and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system changes. The role serves as a critical bridge between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless trading operations and a high‑quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Onboarding & Setup

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding process for new clients onto the trading platform.
• Coordinate account setup, system access, configuration, and entitlement processes.
• Ensure required documentation and technical information are collected, verified, and implemented.
