Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:


As a core member of OS team, this role is responsible for orchestrating the annual OS activity calendar. The focus is on mastering consumer segment architecture, ensuring community engagement and cross-team communications are perfectly aligned with specific member segments to deepen CRM collaboration.You will leverage social features (e.g., Gift Cards) and engagement mechanisms to drive commercial growth and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

1. OS Annual Activity Management

  • Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage the comprehensive OS activity calendar, ensuring seamless execution across all key milestones (WMS/FSAPP Anniversary, Summer Sports, Marathons, etc.).
  • Quarterly Integrated Campaigns: Lead the planning and execution of quarterly integrated activations, setting clear targets for recruitment, engagement, and conversion.
