Manager Drilling Engineering

Position Summary

The Manager Drilling Engineering will lead the drilling engineering function and provide technical leadership and operational support for the planning and execution of drilling and workover operations. The role is responsible for delivering wells safely, efficiently, and cost‑effectively while ensuring compliance with company standards, industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop drilling programs, casing designs, hydraulics, cementing programs and well abandonment plans.
• Conduct well design reviews, risk assessments, and technical assurance processes.
• Provide engineering support during drilling operations and troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Lead and manage the drilling engineering team in planning and delivering drilling and workover projects.
