Manager, Domestic Transportation

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ 4+ years of **domestic transportation management** experience across Truckload (TL), LTL, intermodal, and multimodal networks.
+ Experience **managing third-party carriers** , including oversight of carrier performance, transportation spend, service metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Advanced analytical capabilities with proficiency in **SQL/Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and AI-powered analytics tools** , leveraging data to drive actionable business insights and operational improvements.
+ **Proven people leadership** experience coaching and developing analyst-level team members, building high-performing teams through accountability, mentorship, and continuous development
