The Manager, Demand Planning – Global Snacking is the global steward of Snacking’s demand signal — consolidating, challenging, and aligning regional demand inputs into a single, coherent Global Snacking view that drives the end-to-end supply chain and the S&OP / IBP cycle.
Reporting to the VP, Supply Chain – Global Snacking, the Manager, Demand Planning actively participates in each region's Demand Gap Review (S&OP Consensus / Step 2) as the consistent voice of Global Snacking. While each region remains responsible for building its own commercial forecast...
