Manager Data Governance

We’re hiring a **Manager of Data Governance** to lead and oversee the enterprise data governance program at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. In this fully remote role, you’ll serve as the primary BCBST lead for data governance implementation and engagements and manage the federated governance operating model as well as the Enterprise Data Governance Council. You’ll partner with business, technology, security, legal, and compliance stakeholders to ensure data assets are classified, governed, and protected in alignment with regulatory requirements. This position provides strategic direction and subject matter expertise for data governance, data classification, and metadata management.
