Job Description
- Customer Support to clarify technical requirements for all MTU & Detroit Engines and systems.
- Technical support including troubleshooting problems with Distributors, Service Partners OEMs and customers.
- Supervise installation and commissioning work for all MTU & Detroit Industrial engines in the region.
- Conduct, with relevant MTU support groups, installation and commissioning discussions, pre-installation checks for all MTU Engines internally and with OEMs.
- Review relevant service information pertaining to all MTU & Detroit Engines Industrial products.
- Review PID's, installation reports and travel reports pertaining to commissioning and field service work.
- Evaluate all data and reports supplied pertaining to any and all commissioning, breakdown and field repairs on stated application engines.
