Overview
Manager, Counsel - Marketing: Card PartnershipsThe Card Legal Team is seeking a strategic and collaborative attorney to provide marketing advice and counsel to our Card Partnerships business. In this role, you will serve as a trusted legal partner to the credit card business, advising on marketing, account servicing, customer communication, promotions, new product strategies, and the customer lifecycle.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for reviewing customer-facing marketing and servicing collateral while working closely with our Card Partnerships business. Drawing on your knowledge of consumer financial regulatory laws, advertising laws, privacy laws, UDAAP, and risk management, you will:
Review and Advise: Evaluate customer-facing marketing and servicing collateral for our consumer and small business credit card programs.
