Manager - Core Channel Management

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ 7+ years of experience in Channel Management, Supplier Management, Supply Chain Strategy, or related business functions.
+ Proven success building strategic relationships with suppliers, merchants, and cross-functional stakeholders.
+ Experience driving channel optimization, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
+ Strong consulting and influencing skills with the ability to resolve complex supplier and business partner challenges.
+ Advanced analytical skills, including cost-benefit analysis, business case development, and data-driven decision-making.
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel with experience using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
+ Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and developing analyst-level teams.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
