Support execution governance and compliance activities for Consumer Digital initiatives, ensuring initiatives adhere to SOPs, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation and coordination of governance submissions and approval processes.
- Maintain and update SOPs, digital playbooks, and process documentation.
- Track governance milestones, approvals, and dependencies across initiatives.
- Support audit preparation, documentation management, and follow‑up actions.
- Assist in identifying and escalating operational, technology, and compliance risks.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams on governance matters.
- Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and management updates.
