Vacancy Description

Support execution governance and compliance activities for Consumer Digital initiatives, ensuring initiatives adhere to SOPs, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support preparation and coordination of governance submissions and approval processes.
  • Maintain and update SOPs, digital playbooks, and process documentation.
  • Track governance milestones, approvals, and dependencies across initiatives.
  • Support audit preparation, documentation management, and follow‑up actions.
  • Assist in identifying and escalating operational, technology, and compliance risks.
  • Coordinate with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams on governance matters.
  • Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and management updates.
