Master's degree. 5 years or more of experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations.
• Evaluate daily operations.
• Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements.
• Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems.
• Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
