**Job Description**
This position will be a key member of the American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) Line of Business Compliance Team, primarily supporting Small Business Card products. The successful candidate will provide second line of defense compliance oversight for this core area of the GCS business. The compliance efforts for this position will oversee and identify compliance risks related to new/modified U.S. Small Business products, benefits, and reward programs through effective oversight and challenge of product design proposals, marketing approaches and assets (claims/disclosures/guidelines), customer communications, digital experiences, and product servicing processes.
