Manager Compliance

Job Purpose : This role is responsible for driving statutory, sustainability, and ethical compliance across stores, corporate offices, vendors, sampling units, and warehouses. The role ensures robust systems for due diligence, safety, and internal audit, while advancing a culture of compliance through training and awareness initiatives. Through proactive monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement, the role safeguards business integrity, operational excellence, and employee wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Execute compliance calendars for sustainability and due diligence, including ERT and EHS training, meetings, and workshops. Ensure all employees receive POSH training, maintain monthly dashboards for management, and oversee timely closure of POSH cases as per defined policies.
