We’re seeking a motivated professional to join our team in Mexico City , Torre Mayor as Manager, Compensation Consulting (Pay for Results & Executive Compensation)-Career Hub . This hybrid role requires working from the office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

We will count on you to:

• Lead project delivery as a senior team member across Pay for Results & Executive Compensation solution areas.
• Executive Rewards: Benchmarks, Competitiveness analysis (Top Executives), Job Evaluation, Salary Structures.
• Philosophy and Compensation Strategy for Senior Executives.
• Design and implementation of Variable Incentive Plans: Sales compensation, Short‑Term Incentives, Long‑Term Incentives, Retention/Attraction/Severance & CIC plans.
• Board Compensation.
