Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory & Business Alignment : Build a strong understanding of business priorities to ensure compensation programs align with enterprise principles; provide insight-driven advice to senior leaders on complex compensation matters.
- End-to-End Compensation Management : Lead day-to-day advisory for the assigned portfolio, including complex reviews and executive support; assess incentive plan effectiveness to ensure alignment with performance, risk, and strategy.
