Client Leadership and Advisory

Lead client engagements across cloud accounting, operational finance, and advisory services Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, including owners, executive directors, finance leaders, and municipal staff Support and deliver fractional controller and CFO‑for‑hire services such as cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and process improvement Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional advisory and project work
