What's The Role

Liberty Caribbean is seeking an experienced and analytically driven CAPEX Manager to lead the end-to-end management of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) across all Caribbean markets. This role is critical to ensuring that CPE investments—including set-top boxes, routers, modems, ONTs, and other subscriber devices—are strategically planned, efficiently deployed, and fully aligned with business growth objectives.

Based in Bogotá, Colombia, the successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Network Engineering, Product, and Finance teams across multiple Caribbean markets to optimize CPE investment decisions, manage asset lifecycles, and drive returns on capital deployed. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modelling and investment appraisal skills with deep operational knowledge of CPE management in a telecommunications environment.
