Framework Development and Iteration

  • Design and continuously refine Takeda China’s manager capability framework based on business strategy, portfolio priorities, and market dynamics, with clearly defined critical capabilities and development standards.
  • Identify and define the critical capabilities required for managers, including business planning, team coaching, execution, and cross-functional collaboration, and translate them into clear and actionable development pathways.
  • Build differentiated capability progression frameworks for different manager populations, including new managers, experienced managers, and high-potential managers, to enable tiered and targeted development.
