The Opportunity Leading and developing a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) falls under the Business Development Manager's responsibilities. The team builds new sales pipelines by targeting and assessing valuable accounts. You will have a chance to create a significant impact in the success by leading a high-performing team. You will also play a pivotal role in driving the critical demand generation engine for the Asia Sales organisation. What You'll Do Build strong business relationships with all collaborators (AEs, Sales Managers/Directors, Marketing Managers/Directors, etc.) to deliver company goals, vision and strategy
Operate on a solid foundation of operational excellence, strategic alignment and efficient practices
Ensure opportunities being generated by BDRs are of the highest quality and will survive through to booking
